How It Works?
With new technology, working as your virtual accountant has become simple.
You save documents either on your desktop or on cloud storage ( e.g. Dropbox or Google Drive ) and we access them from here!
Our team is well trained to work on accounting software of your preference. If the software is cloud based we can access it directly and if it’s on your desktop we can access it through a remote desktop connection*.
( Remote desktop connection available on Windows, will be a no-additional cost service for you)
We provide daily updates about ‘work done today’to client by email, it is further followed by weekly review calls and monthly review management call. This helps you to be updated with status of work done by our team on any day. If you already have some reporting system working at your end we would be glad to use it!
Yes! Support is included as part of the contactat no extra cost. A dedicated account manager will be assigned to you, who will be available over email or phone to resolve your queries. The turnaround time will be a day at max.
We work with customers having international presence who are on a growth trajectory. We are their preferred partner for booking of non-core functions which allowing them to focus on their core business functions.
In addition, many CPA firms also find our service offerings suitable for theirbusiness. These are the firms who wish to have scalable and cost effective back office solutions. These firms also get benefited by better speed of work execution since back office of these firms runs 24*7 virtually.
Our pricing works as a simple monthly subscription. We endeavour to be cheaper than an in-house team, however all prices are based on the size and scale of your operations.
No, there are no extra fees for asking questions – in fact, we encourage it. Your monthly plan price covers everything.
We understand the importance of predictability. Your prices won’t fluctuate every month. While our pricing is based on monthly transactions, there are only price changes on a yearly basis to adjust for increments and if there is a change in the scale or scope of work. A sudden increase in transactions might initiate a discussion, but the same is mutually discussed and finalized.
We want you to work with Finsmart Solutions because you’re happy with the service, not because you signed a contract. You can cancel anytime with a three month notice period and we will refund the balance amount
Yes of course! We want you to be sure that you are making right decision by choosing us and hence we would be glad to share our references with whom we are working with.
However this can be done post our initial discussions about your service requirements and our proposed service offering.
